Due to the unprecedented situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on our ability to physically gather in groups, last month we made the hard decision of cancelling the awards ceremony component of the 2020 GTNT Group Awards. This decision was made as per the guidelines on mass gatherings and social distancing issued by the Federal and NT Governments, and also to make sure GTNT Group does its part in protecting our community from the potential spread of the coronavirus in the Territory.
However, this is not going to stop us celebrating this year's GTNT Group Award category finalists and winners! After a period of planning and organisation, we are excited to announce that this year we will be celebrating our GTNT Group Awards through a Facebook Broadcast, taking place via the GTNT Group Facebook page on Tuesday 12 May 2020 at 5pm.
By running our awards ceremony in this format, we can all celebrate our fantastic community while doing our part to minimise the threat of the coronavirus in the NT. We invite the whole GTNT Group community to come together on this day and celebrate our fantastic apprentices, trainees, supervisors and host businesses!
